I know that my issues are not the fault of the therapists, but when the calendar year rolled over, I had to start paying $85 per visit, twice a week. I could not afford that, essentially meeting my entire deductible in one month. I asked to be billed, they refused. They also never looked at me.
Jason's cline was my PA and he really was interested and compassionate in helping me find means to solve my neck issues. Big contrast compared with Texas orthopedics who were more interested in painful spaced out solutions and the copays were never enough. Constantly hounding me for more money, shots, and 30min waits.
