I've dealing w/ a severe foot ulcer for over a year & walking on it brings excruating pain to me. ,I got fitted for the defender hi top boot ( former product development higher up of Nike left & worled w/ medical company to create it ) THIS BOOT IS AMAZING - FEEL NO PAIN @ ALL , IM 4EVER GRATEFUL TO OA of CNY truly an amazing feeling to go from 24/7 pain to none @ all
I wish that OACNY could supply ALL my DME needs (other than just my turtle shell body brace) because I would use them for EVERYTHING! Rick & the staff are SO funny & likeable! I always have fun when I'm there & they make sure I'm satisfied before i leave. I would DEFINITELY recommend them over bigger, cookie cutter DME stores like Nunn's, who hardly have what i need or get my orders right! MSG! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OACNY! They were able to help me get a brace for my knee that has made it possible to be more mobile. When I had an issue with the brace they were willing to see me the same day and helped me with all of my concerns. I highly recommend using them for orthopedic braces. Such a good a experience the staff are very nice and helpful !
Fractured my foot/ankle and needed a boot, I went to 2 other places and they couldn't help me. I walked in here and they took excellent care of everything. Called my insurance and got it covered, then Dan helped fit me with a boot. Everyone there was SO nice and helpful. I was in and out within like 20 minutes.
