Dr. Duwelius is the best hip replacement surgeon in all of Portland and the surrounding area. He has performed both of my replacements & they both function so well that I forget I have them. I go to the gym 3 times/week & have no issues.

Sue is knowledgeable and helpful. While it took awhile to get in to see her, it was worth the wait.
Danielle is a very caring, thoughtful and gentle young women and is very good with the shots she gives! All the other people that have worked with me have also been caring and pleasant! Thanks for helping my knee problems!!

I can highly recommend Dr. Alec Denes to perform your hip replacement surgery. I just passed my one year anniversary with my new left hip and I am doing great. Back to swimming laps and bounding up and down stairs with lots of energy. My hip was in such bad shape that I had no idea how much pain I was suffering, Such a difference now.
