I had an appt with Dr Choi today to deal with a ring finger trigger finger which was very painful. Upon entering I was personally assisted for their check-in system was down. Very pleasant. Waited less than 60 seconds to officially check-in. This person also very friendly and professional. Waited approximately 10 minutes to see Dr Choi. I have seen Dr Choi before and enjoy his style. I went in thinking I had one issue and they investigated quickly and thoroughly. It turned out to be something totally different from what I thought it was. They are professional and explain what is going on as well as the options. I was not made to feel bad for my faulty thinking because of how I presented and I appreciated that.
Yes to these people. Walk in door and very helpful receptionist takes care of every detail needed. Pca sets up room for doctor. Doctor was great. Went over injury in depth, all options and future potentials. A nice find
I have suffered with bad palmar plantar psoriasis and an undiagnosed arthritis that my regular MD's & dermatologists could not figure out for 16 years and failed to treat-I am now 34 and the impact on my daily quality of life has been significant. Praying medication works. Dr. Biggee and Lauren Wong, PA-C, figured out quickly that it was psoriatic arthritis through simple x-rays (they knew immediately where to look!) and are acting to treat me-they clearly know what they are doing. Receptionists were very friendly. Did a great job with Covid precautions. Dr. Harder was called out for an emergency so they gave me a choice of rescheduling or seeing his PA. He was great.
Dr palmer and his staff have excellent bed side manners. The office could be a little mote professional. They have the T.V. s, and loud music. I felt like it was a dance club
I severely injured my back while on active duty on 9/11/2001. The surgeons who worked on me at the time did the best they could to get me walking again but I was left with terrible chronic pain. I tried for years to find a doctor who’d help fix my back but all five surgeons I spoke with weren’t confident they could fix my back and refused to help me.
