Unfortunately, I have been a patient at the Spinal Clinic for at least 10 years. In all of that time, in all of those visits, I have not encountered an employee that was not completely professional or a portion of the clinic that was not up to par. As for Melissa Hastings, she has been my connection to the Spinal Clinic for the entire time I have been a patient here. She is an amazing clinician and in my opinion, an amazing person.
I was treated with respect by Kathleen. She listened to me, asked the relevant questions about my post operative condition, was prepared to explain in detail my condition with the use of my original MRI.Kathleen was well informed with the subject matter and provided me with useful information in response to all my questions.Overall, I was very pleased with my visit with Kathleen. The Stanford Spine Center was a Godsend for me. Dr. Todd Alamin and his team were able to surgically correct my difficult and complex scoliosis. I am very grateful for each and every team member who helped me through the process before, during and after my surgery. Todd has been a fine doctor since I initially met him. He informed me as to what he wanted to do as far as surgery and completed the job. There were no problems I appreciate his help and his expertise.
I am extremely grateful that Dr. Todd Alamin was able to find the source of my spine problem. Several other doctors reviewed my MRI and suggested physical therapy, drugs, epidural injections, etc. which did not help at all and the pain continued to worsen. When I saw Dr. Alamin, he immediately identified the problem and offered a minimally invasive surgical procedure to fix it. I felt relief as soon as I woke up from surgery.
