When you can get in to see a doctor it is terrific. The only problem I have is after three years the team decides if you can see your doctor. The doctors have nothing to do with that it is their rule. There are very knowledgeable doctors there. Doctor Alamin is my doctor and he is a superb surgeon and caring human being.
I waited over 3 hours to see Dr. Steffner. If I am on time, I expect my doctor to be on time, or call me if there is a problem. This was originally a one star, but I thought this doctor would be a great doctor and he did apologize profusely. So I changed it to a 4 star. But he did not follow through with what he said he would do. And, though it is his area of expertise, he simply did nothing because he couldn't figure out what was causing the problem, though it is easily visualized.
I enjoyed my first visit there. Well decorated. There's a pianist playing live music.
