Everyone at the office was helpful, accessible, knowledgeable and patient with the patients. In all my visits I noticed that the staff was very attentive even to demanding patients. Dr. Townsend is a caring and talented surgeon who answers al your questions and does not push surgery but offers other alternatives to consider first. I have had 2 surgeries with Dr Townsend and his PA Kathryn, they were absolutely fabulous very calming and professional. I would definitely recommend them in the future.
