I had a 2 and 1/2 hour hand surgery with Dr Townsend. The staff was great. The nurses made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained. Great atmosphere when you're nervous to begin with! Relaxed and caring.
I had a great experience at Orthopaedic Specialists Surgi-Center! Everyone was professional, friendly and kind. Due to anesthesia I remember my prep team the most.😁. Alix and Kathy were great and I knew I was in very good hands!
Staff was very friendly and upbeat. My care team Krista,Beth, Taylor, Bridget, Katy, Alix, Kathy and of course Dr. Palma were amazing and made my knee surgery easy and less stressful. I was worried to death. They all put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you all.
