Dr Baylis and his staff are amazing! Always easy to schedule a visit and super accommodating. Dr Baylis takes his time and always makes himself available to answer questions or field concerns. I Recently had knee surgery and couldn’t have been in better hands. Thank you so much!
Dr. Baylis is one of the best! He was highly recommended to me by one of his patients. I went to see him regarding a torn meniscus on my Rt knee. Very good impression of him on my first office visit. He is very caring, friendly, listens to your concerns, answers to your concerns, and explains everything very thorough. I had arthroscopic surgery and all went well. Very nice 1st visit with Dr. Baylis today, explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, excellent demeanor, so glad I did my research. Have to agree with another reviewer, front desk girls could definitely benefit from some customer service training. After all, it's front desk that gives first impression so I think it would be well worth the effort to implement for everyone. This is the most well-run, efficient and professional office I have ever been to in my 16 years of living in Plantation FL. Each and every staff member was kind and knowledgeable from the front desk, X-ray tech, and the assistants to Dr. Baylis, who is a wonderful, personable and experienced man in his field. Everyone in this office made me feel that they truly cared about my medical condition and wanted to help me. Shout out of gratitude to Daphne, Jen, Ann and Dr. B!
He did not seem to care at all, will be looking for another orthopedic Dr.
