Went to new facility at GAteway. Very fast service. I was X-rayed within 5 min of checking in, and seeing Dr DeLong within 10 min of X-ray. Entire experience was in and out. Very satisfied.
He was professional and to the point. Like that he did not want to do any slicing right away and went with a shot. Him and his staff were very gentle with my sore knee. Did not have to wait long to be seen.

Quick appointment due to pain issues. Thorough exam, lots of questions to ferret out all my issues. Action plan includes pain management, conservative approach with surgery as a “last resort.” Very pleased. My primary doctor had recommended another provider but they had a 3-week delay. Unacceptable. OA heard me.
Highly recommend Orthopaedic Associates. I like the quick services. Rather than guess why I am in pain, they takes X-ray to determine the cause of my pain. Very professional!

I went to the urgent care because my family doctor referred me but because of the pain I was in couldn't wait that long for a regular appointment. My concern was not addressed appropriately at all. Even if it wasn't something they specifically treat at their urgent care, the doctor should have relayed more compassion and suggestions to help my immediate need. Instead his exact words at one point were "what do you want me to do about it" and to top it off continued to walk out of the room as we were talking. It was close to c... read more
