Excellent staff and on time.
The staff from the beginning to the end were very helpful and very kind Dr. Emerson was really nice I enjoyed the visit
Staff was really nice, had to wait a little bit to be seen by the doctor. All in all I was pleased with the experience. Dr. Erin was very sympathetic and very good at explaining the problem!!

Dr Richardson was really great . Great explanation and experience.
They were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything in a way I understand it. They made sure I understood everything that was going to happen. I would recommend Orthopedic Associates to anyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon.
Dr Emerson is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Sometimes can be a little quick and hard to follow, but makes sure you understand before leaving. I have seen him for several issues though the years and always pleased with the care I have been given.
The appointment making process is awful ! My son broke both bones right before his left wrist. Was in pain and I had to keep waiting for them to call me back while my son was in pain. They didn’t seem to care at all especially after I told them he had Medicaid insurance. Told me I had to make all of these other phone calls for referrals first. When my son had gone to the ER the night before and that doc had sent a referral the night before. Mind you he’s 10 and was already freaking out over his arm being broke. Plus being in... read more
