Been to 2 Doctors hands for one and knee for the other. The staff as a whole is the greatest and have always been anytime I have been there. And the doctors really care about you as a person. Not just income for them. I could not speak more highly of them.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!! Difficult to put your faith in a doctor who's staff is unprofessional, inattentive, and inconsiderate.
Pack your breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a sleeping bag. With an appointment you still wait 2 plus hours to see the doctor for 3 minutes. Had to call three times to get an MRI scheduled. They were suppose to call in a RX and never did. Wasted six months dealing with these people.
First Time and Last One. First, I sent 3 requests online to make an appointment and nome answered. I called the 3er day and made an appointment for May 22 at 2:00Pm and they asked me to arrive at 1:30 Pm. I arrived at 1:45 pm with my paperwork filled. After a while, the receptionist told me that my appointment was for 9:30 Am and I told her that was wrong.
