RecommendedDr. Baylis was very very kind even though I was referred to him through my primary he cannot do my extensive hip surgery. but he took an x-ray explained what was going on with my hip and referred me to hip specialist which I I'm very grateful for
Dr Baylis is the best. Going for my second surgery on my knee. Torn meniscus on my right knee 1 year ago. And now the left knee.

The wait is always super long. My appointment was at 3:35, came in at 3:22 and it’s now 4:35(1hr and 13mins later) and yet to be called back inside a room. It’s a shame that patients have to go through this. Why are the doctors being double booked and patients given a certain time frame for an appointment, if their not going to get seen or called by a not room by that time. This is unacceptable!!!
Over crowded, people are like cattle
I love all the staff that's in the physical therapy department, they take great care of the patients and are very caring group of people, I will miss them when I get discharged from physical therapy. they provide fantastic service 💞💞💞💞
Management being more professional and caring and requesting the same from the "rudest" staff ever. Doctors are great. But they need to improve customer service a great deal.
The surgical care coordinators are the worst I've dealt with. Unprofessional, rude, disorganized, never answer the phone, don't answer voice mails, mail box always full, don't coordinate the care or send the appropriate information. Had to call repeatedly just to get registered for the pre op joint replacement class, surgery is scheduled and they still haven't obtained authorization for my surgery. Then when you finally get them on the phone they get mad because you are requesting the necessary information. The lousiest peop... read more
