Very professional and knowledgeable staff
Dr Palmgren and his staff were amazing and professional and super knowledgeable. I had to have surgery and the entire team worked together quickly and efficiently and seamlessly so that everything went perfectly. The office was very accessable if I had any questions or concerns. The doctor and anesthesia team fully explained everything so I knew exactly what to expect. Excellent practice.
Dr explained the foot surgery & recovery well. He gave me tips at follow-up appointment. I was hesitant to have foot surgery at 70 but good decision. I am happy that I did. If I had questions or problems he said to call him. They were prompt in returning my calls & giving me answers.
Great doctor, discovered that the reason I was referred was not the problem and diagnosed me properly and quite quickly. The nurse was great. The X-ray technician was great, but the receptionist was rude and very disrespectful.
Dr. Palmgren listened to my issue and thoroughly checked the possible causes and arrived at the obvious problem. He then prescribed the appropriate exercises and therapy to correct the issue. He was very thorough and professional.
He listens carefully. He will question until he is certain. He explains thoroughly. And most of all he cares.
After years of increasing pain in both my knee joints, I set an appointment with Dr Palmgren. He did a thorough work up on the knees, discovering a bone-on-bone condition in each. Dr’s staff was friendly and professional getting me ready for surgery. Then surgery was delayed due to dental problems. Dr Palmgren was so kind, helping me deal with the teary decision to postpone. Dr. Palmgren is a great doctor! In addition to his medical knowledge and skills, he makes you feel at ease and answers all questions and concerns. He truly cares about you as a person.
Dr. Palmgren is an excellent doctor. He is very caring and does an excellent job explaining the diagnosis and any options you may have. The quality of care he gives to his patients is exceptional!!
