This office participates in Medicaid patient cherry-picking. I got a referral to their office. Instead of telling me up front that they weren't taking new Medicaid patients, they requested copies of my MRI and then made me wait a week. Only then did they tell me they couldn't take me. Seems to me they are only taking the "right" Medicaid patients that will make them money. Cherry-picking like this is unethical and should be illegal.
Website lists services that they do not actually provide. HCA does not do necks or ankles. (You guys need to fire your SEO company.)
These doctors won't even see you unless they can look at your MRI and see in seconds what is wrong and how they can charge you an arm and a leg to fix surgically. Won't bother meeting you and getting to know you as a person, won't bother looking at your history, won't listen to any context. It's like applying for a job - if you aren't what they're looking for, they can't be bothered
Beware of surprise billing!! I saw NP Broeseker on Jan 10, 2025. I booked the office visit expecting a $70 copay for a specialist visit, and paid that copay upon check-in at the office. However I later received a $741 bill for 'hospital services.' At no point did NP Broeseker or her front staff tell me that there would be additional billing for 'hospital services.' Amazing experience!! I hurt my ankle/foot over the weekend, and called in around 9 am on Monday. Was scheduled for 1pm the same day which was great. When we arrived, we were helped to park (as a 10' van we were worried, but valet does a great job and leaves spots for cars like ours available). Everyone helped, was extremely nice and professional - from valet to an xray tech.
