Making payments for this place is an absolute nightmare. I've been making payments for the last 5 months without any changes to my balance. The billing company in charge of receiving your payments has no clue how to reach you about this problem. They have sent several emails about my case and the other Orthonow in Doral believes your Weston office has closed and has no way of knowing when you will reopen. So I hobbled to OrthoNOW with a knee injury.I have small kids, so I arranged for childcare for them. I tried calling the day before and kept receiving a message that the mailbox is full. I show up today and they are closed due to a "system failure." I get it - problems happen. However, not providing a recorded message to callers indicating the closure is unacceptable. Terrible business practice. Now I'll think twice before ever considering coming here again. Sad, because it would be very convenient if they were reliable.
Absolutely amazing staff! My daughter has an undetermined knee injury and has been in a tremendous amount of pain. I called to see if they could write her a "script" for the pain. The PA Steven said he was unable to without seeing her and reviewed her chart. Since it was impossible to see the pediatric ortho at Joe DiMaggio it seemed to me there had to be something she could take to alleviate the pain. Stopped by OrthoNOW with a shoulder injury. Got immediate help and therapy. The staff is quite knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. They make you feed comfortable and relaxed while they check out your injury. I am now pain free and back to my normal activities. I feel really good. Thanks OrthoNOW for all you did. Robert
We were looking for a clinic that incorporated the ARPWave after my daughter's ACL surgery. Her pain level since Oct. 2014 was at a constant 8. After discovering OrthoNOW in Weston, we were introduced to Pete, the ARP specialist, who was absolutely helpful, professional, kind, and documented all method of treatment.
