Dr Cannone is so very knowledgeable and caring. His expertise is a Blessing. The staff, specifically Stephanie, Jared, and Kayla helped me so very much recently when I dislocated my hip. Stephanie got me into the office right away, and Jared got me out of a vehicle, stayed with me and had the X-ray team and another staff member get my X-ray completed as easily as possible, and Kayla wheeled me from OrthoNeuro to the Mt Carmel Surgery center, in a wheelchair! I started seeing Dr. Cassandra a few years ago for my elbow pain and injections. I met him when I took my mom in for care and really liked how he treated her. Dr. Cassandra has an excellent bedside manner, he takes the time and really listens. He explains things in layman's terms and ordered the tests I needed to come up with the best possible treatment plan. He recently moved and I was happy to be able to follow him to his new location. I highly recommend him and Ortho Neuro.
I received a call to schedule an appointment within hours and had an appointment shortly there after. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
