We had no trouble getting an appointment. The staff, nurses and doctors were friendly and helpful. The doctor explained everything and answered our questions. We also appreciated that Dr. Comisar took the time to exhaust all possibilities for treatment.
I have had excellent care with four of the Ortho Neuro doctors.
Dr. Nick Cheney saw me after three different physicians saw my ankle and foot and said there was so much wrong with my foot and ankle that they did not have a definite plan to fix my problems and were unsure where to start. Dr. Cheney not only had a plan, but he immediately knew what to do to fix my unbearable foot and ankle pain. Tonight, 5 months and 3 weeks after life changing surgery, I danced in two inch wedge heels for hours. I have no significant swelling and I have minimal pain. Thank you Dr. Cheney and OrthoNeuro!!
The staff is so friendly, the office is clean, the most important thing the bathroom is close and very clean.
There was no waiting , everyone seemed so concerned about you, friendly, clean atmosphere, people so helpful. Dr. Chen seems to have your over all health as a consideration as well as the problem you are seeing him for.
