Dr. Gittens' secretary was very rude and disrespectful to me. She scolded me like I was a child when I called the billing office to pay my $1500. pre op fee. My payment was directed to my previous office visits, not my pre op fee. Now I cannot get a refund of my money, though insurance is paying for my office visits. I have called numerous times, and have not received my refund due. Not having surgery here. Very unhappy.

RecommendedVery Helpful, polite staff. All my concerns were answered and I was not made to feel like I was making the pain up. My weight was never mentioned as a problem and to many times that is always the first thing out of there mouth. They were very concerned about how this back pain has effect my health and well-being. I would Highly recommend Ortho Neuro to anyone.

RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about OrthoNeuro, the surgery center, the OT's & Dr. Stutzman & his staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to meet my needs. Dr. Stutzman did carpal tunnel & thumb surgery for me. Both surgeries & recovery went very well. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Stutzman & Orthoneuro.
