My doctor is awesome!The surgery went very well and I have experienced no pain at all. With the incision going from the arch of the foot to the ball of the foot you would think that would be the worst pain ever. All of the staff has been super! I would recommend OrthoNeuro to everyone.

My appointment with Dr. Larry Todd was a joke. After being referred to him by one of my doctors, I traveled 2 hours in considerable discomfort to see him. Only to have him pay little or no attention to my case file because he told me to do what had already been tried with no success. That resulted in my referral to him. So after a very disappointing 5 minutes my miserable ride home began.
OrthoNeuro has been great to work with so far. I would recommend. Glad to hear that surgery was not the immediate go to. I would feel confident choosing Dr Gittins down the line if I need further follow up with my knee. The lady that fits the ortho braces and the female NP in the office were very kind and thorough with their bedside manner which was much appreciated. Dr. Gittens' secretary was very rude and disrespectful to me. She scolded me like I was a child when I called the billing office to pay my $1500. pre op fee. My payment was directed to my previous office visits, not my pre op fee. Now I cannot get a refund of my money, though insurance is paying for my office visits. I have called numerous times, and have not received my refund due. Not having surgery here. Very unhappy.
