I was in the ER a year ago. I never received a bill or phone call that any money was owed so I figured my insurance covered the visit. Now, a year later, I am getting calls from a collection agency... WHAT???? Come to find out that the ER staff entered my information incorrectly in the computer, now I need to come up with almost $1000 to keep this from going to my credit report. I was in and out pretty quickly which was surprising and very pleasing.
Had a Total right knee on Tuesday and spent two nights in the Nebraska Orthopedic Hospital. The nursing staff was absolutely fantastic. I can’t imagine a better experience anywhere else. The professionalism, competency and compassion by the staff was A+. I didn’t want to leave!
I have been a patient in different parts throughout the facility over the years and have always been well cared for. Thanks everyone for putting patients first.
I had a fantastic experience as a patient a few years ago and cannot be more proud to now work alongside this extraordinary team!
