Had a couple surgeries over the past couple years. Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Grosshans and their staff were great.

My husband Jimmy had an ankle replacement surgery on Monday, February 26th. Dr. Mike Thompson did the surgery. He has been wonderful. We have had several nurses. All great. Want to give a special shout out to Julie who was with us in pre-op. My husband has a BIG needle phobia. She and all the anastegiologist (sp) were super on getting an IV into him. I had my sinus surgery there today and everyone was so wonderful and made me feel at ease the entire time. Dr. Moran-Hansen is amazing and my nurse Nat was the best! Thank you to the entire staff at Ortho Nebraska �
I was in the ER a year ago. I never received a bill or phone call that any money was owed so I figured my insurance covered the visit. Now, a year later, I am getting calls from a collection agency... WHAT???? Come to find out that the ER staff entered my information incorrectly in the computer, now I need to come up with almost $1000 to keep this from going to my credit report. I called your hospital billing department and they told me it was no longer in your hands and I would have to work with the collection agency. Serio... read more
