The er was great however the primary care drs drop the ball , I went to see dr potter for extremely bad back pain at 1 pm she had X-rays done on me and stated that I may need emergency surgery to repair the hardware in my back from a passed surgery and that she would get back to me in 2hours . At around 7 after calling and getting sent to a messaging service and not know anything i went into the er scard I needed my back cut open again . Everyone was so informative and helpful. Very friendly, made our day of surgery less stressful than I expected.
