Outstanding organization and professional staff....
After I had been a patient for several months, my company changed insurance providers. I received an email from Blue Cross Blue Shield that served as proof of insurance to my healthcare providers until I received my wallet card the following week. However, OrthoMemphis refused to honor it simply because I had no means of printing it before I came in for my appointment later that day.
