Walked in with a hurt wrist after wrecking my bike the day before. A great experience all around. The main desk guy was super nice! The x-ray was pain free and easy. All the staff cared, and it was an overall pleasant experience. Braced me up, and the cost didn't seem overly wild. Great care, OrthoGO is a place I will come back to again
Doctors ans techs actually listen to your concerns and treat you like you matter! It's been a long time since I've been to a doctor's office where I was more than just an appointment. Mr. Collins, Dr. Mercer, and Dr. Schneider have been wonderful throughout my visits. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
I was having an issue with my knee and found this place on google. This is definitely the place to go for orthopedics! Even though they were pretty busy everyone was super nice and helpful. I didn’t have an appointment but was seen quickly. Dr. Doug was great, explained everything to me in detail. I’ll definitely come back here whenever I need to.
I walked (crutched) in without an appointment, got seen after a small wait even though they mentioned being busy. got an xray immediately after another 10 minute wait, everyone was very friendly and helpful. All of them introduced themselves by name and held doors for me, etc. Got to take pictures of my xrays and was fitted for and given a removable cast same day :) overall great experience with great people!
