My kids are in and out in the least amount of time,i have two being treated and sometimes i forget what time is witch appointment and they accomodate me so i dont have to come back and get the other one checked,the doctor is great and the nurses sweet!
I have never had one bad experience while being at this location. What makes it INCREDIBLE and sets it apart from the rest is the wonderful,caring, and professional staff! They go above and beyond and make an effort to make it a good experience especially Nancy. She makes accommodations for everyone and always makes me feel welcome. Dr.Lofters really knows what he is doing and is great at what he does! I would recommend everyone to try this place, you won't regret it!
They have been very helpful with any needs that my child has had since he's gotten his braces.. Everyone in the office has great attitudes.�
Almost all of the times that I've been, their service was completely awful. They create multiple problems and lie about payments, just to get more $$$. My bottom retainer was broken a while ago and even when my mom paid insurance in advance, they claim that we haven't (even though we have). They do not tell you beforehand what operations they are going to perform on your teeth/braces and they don't treat patients with care at all.
