Competent. Not completely trustworthy, since doctors are rarely met and diagnoses are so quickly derived without any access to one's x-rays or MRIs. A bit brusk and factory-like. None of this makes OrthoCarolina a bad practice. It does make it the only Ortho game in town so they don't have to really work for your business. My main issue with them is their online My Chart feature, which supposedly shows you everything you want to know about your interactions with OrthoCarolina. I have no idea.
