I was injured on the job and went to Dr. Park due to back problems. He ensured me that I needed SI Joint fusion implant surgery on my right side. After the surgery I continuously complained to him that I was having worsening issues, but he kept dismissing my claims. I went to see Dr. Park a few days ago as referred to me by another Ortho doctor in this same practice. As a retired Orthopedic nurse I felt as though he gave me the brush off and he did not listen to me. He more or less referred me back to the hip doctor for a steroid injection in my hip , and it is clearly my back! He looked at his watch and didn’t address my pain concerns. He also did not check my reflexes. As a nurse I know a good Ortho doctor checks reflexes.

I will NEVER recommend seeing Dr. Park. He does not respond to patient messages in My Chart nor does he call back patients when a patient requests to speak with him. The office manager, Shelby, answers his messages, despite my request for the doctor to directly respond. His office actually told me that he does not call patients back. I asked to speak with him so that I can ask specific questions about my condition. The office manager responded that I need to make an appointment to ask him questions. My spinal stenosis numbness in my lower legs was relieved and I could walk again without any problems. His bedside manner is great. He gives you all the facts and possible solutions for your problems.

I am a professional teacher of 22 years. I went to Dr. Park through worker’s comp and was treated like it was my fault that I got hurt on my job. I was first diagnosed by another doctor with a herniated (slip) disk/sciatica. I kept working and over time it got worse. Dr. Park assured me that I needed SI Joint Implant Surgery to fix the problem. I trusted dr Park and wanted to get rid of the pain, but now feel like he just got paid for an unnecessary surgery. Dr. Park is an awesome surgeon. I cannot really see any scarring from surgery. He explains the whole procedure in detail and address any corncern patiently. I highly recommend him for any cervical issues

For over 20 years I had been suffering from severe sciatica pain, numbness, burning sensation and increasing weakness down through my left buttock, leg and into my foot. As a nurse working in the medical field on a medical surgical unit for five years. I was not impressed with Dr. Park at all. He was belittling and rude to my mother. When she voiced a concern to him while she was still in the hospital after her surgery he laughed at her and told her what she was experiencing didn't make any sense and it was in her head.
