I have visited a couple of times and the staff is generally friendly and seems competent. My surgeon did a good job and I'm satisfied with my outcome. The 2 stars are for the billing department at OrthoAtlanta and Piedmont Hospital. It took numerous calls over 6 months to get them to send the records that would enable processing of my claim. I hope my experience is an outlier. But I would watch your bill, as they changed my patient payment into an insurance payment.
Dr. Rahul Goel is consistently courteous and willing to answer questions during of my visits. Dr. Goel is also thorough when explaining my plan of care and attempts to make treatments as painless as possible.

My visit was easy going. I got checked in and seen shortly after. Got results of my diagnosis and was checkout out shortly after. No long wait and I felt I was in great hands with my doctor.
