The doctors mannerism. She has already done one surgery for me. Always ready to answer any questions I might have.
From the receptionist, xray tech, doctor, to checkout, everyone was friendly and professional. My doctor was professional. She took the time to ensure I understood the facts and what was needed to proceed. I would recommend Ortho Arizona.
Dr Kooima was very friendly and on time. I was prepared for this to be a long appointment and it wasn't. She was very efficient and elistened to my symptoms. She explained everything in great detail. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a orthopedist
Was a little nervous but Dr Kooima was just so patient and listened to me and put me at ease right away. So glad I found her as I know I will need her again.
Dr. Kooima, was excellent at explaining what surgery I need to correct the torn rotor cuff I sustained from a fall. She examined me carefully as not to hurt me. I had written down lots of questions, and she answered them all, before I could even ask.
How professional and quickly everything was done. I instantly liked Dr. Kooima because she oozed confidence which had a wonderful calming effect. I was impressed with both her and her entire staff.
