this place is well organized, efficient and caring. I got an appointment with in a couple of days of hurting my knee. When I needed surgery, the Dr Alford called me the night before to answer any questions I might have. All follow up apptmnts were made at the time of surgery, so no last minute scrambling to fit me in. Although, when I reinjured my knee, the fit me in right away. All staff is nice and professional. A great experience with wonderful staff. From check in, medical assistant, x ray technician, to the doctor! They were all kind and really seemed concerned about my pain and really wanted to help. My prescription was sent right away, and I picked it up less than an hour later. They even scheduled a follow up consultation to ensure that this issue would be resolved the best way possible. PLEASE consider coming to this facility instead of an emergency room that is full of sick people and a staff that does not usually specialize... read more
Amber from mri scheduling is great. She helped me so much when scheduling appts for my clients. She is very patient and understanding as info is not always there when calling to make appts. I definitely love this office they are the best.
