Amber from mri scheduling is great. She helped me so much when scheduling appts for my clients. She is very patient and understanding as info is not always there when calling to make appts. I definitely love this office they are the best.
From the moment I walked in, and with no appointment, I was treated with respect. Everyone at check in were professional, friendly, knowledgeablen and down to earth! That produced a comfortable, easy experience at check in. We just had a terrible experience here. Twice in the past we have been here and got a cortisone injection for my sore knee. I get Durolane gel shots in both knees every 6 months. But for some reason my left knee gets very sore a couple of days later. My right knee does not. Both previous times at Ortho express I received a cortisone shot in the sore knee, and both times it worked almost immediately. That brings me to today. Rude horrible doctors treat patients like trash! Worst experience ive ever had. Entirely dismissed and gaslight by this office! Shame on you! Horrible horrible woman i hope you lose your license!
