Disclaimer before the review of Ortho Virginia: this is not a review of Dr White himself, the surgeon who operated on me, he is absolutely fantastic... It's just everything surrounding him that's terrible. I had surgery via Ortho Virginia on March 20th, 2025 to repair an ankle fracture and my care DURING AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER the procedure was fantastic. But the aftercare... Oh the aftercare. Absolutely horrendous. Varying windows of 4 weeks from surgery until I'm allowed to put weight on my leg all the way out until 16 week... read more

The staff at the WestChester location are amazing! My grandson broke a finger and was so scared. Everyone went above and beyond to explain everything in detail to him (he’s 7) and to us. I highly recommend them! Thank you for all that you do!
Wow. What a mess. Since moving to their new location, it’s like walking into an ER. You wait in an extremely long line to check in even if you checked in online and paid online. Zero consideration given to the injured hobbling in on walkers, wheelchairs and crutches. You still get at the back of the line, 25 deep and if you didn’t pay online, you get checked in and moved to a second line. Unfortunate because I love my Ortho but don’t enjoy being treated like cattle. You would think this was a free, no appointment clinic.
