My experience at OrthoVirginia was not a positive one. My wait time was 1hr and 40 minutes and this was first ever appointment. That alone has left a lasting impression. How could I recommend friends and family to go there, they would be subject to the same treatment I got, even if the doctor is highly rated no one wants to be kept waiting only then to be told you can keep waiting or go reschedule. I was there to address a right shoulder issue, but they ended up ordering an MRI for my left shoulder instead. The mistake was careless and added to an already frustrating experience..
Bad service on the front desk lady. Not recommended to go there. Also cancelled my appointment without any notice.
