I was there to address a right shoulder issue, but they ended up ordering an MRI for my left shoulder instead. The mistake was careless and added to an already frustrating experience..
Bad service on the front desk lady. Not recommended to go there. Also cancelled my appointment without any notice.
Canceled appointment without notice. Poor communication.
I wasn’t notified that my appointment had been canceled—no email, no voicemail and text. I only found out when I arrived at the orthopedic center, wasting over an hour just to speak with the receptionist. On top of that, my billing issues have been ongoing for over three months, and my bills were never submitted to my secondary insurance. When I called to resolve it, I was met with a rude and uncooperative response. Thanks Ortho for your wonderfull service.
My elderly mother was sent a message from insurance app to report to this location for a scheduled appointment. We checked in and after an hour, we were told we had to go to the other location across 60. I asked for help with getting her back into the car as she recently needs wheelchair. Had to ask the men (customers) in the waiting room for help after staff said they were not allowed to help.
