I went to Ortho On Call two days ago and was told I would receive Mobic for my painful foot. I received nothing. I contacted them repeatedly yesterday and got no response. The provider is off today and I am apparently expected to sit in pain until she decides to return. My foot is still swollen, inflamed, and I can barely walk. This is unacceptable. Truly amazing staff. I had to take my husband in late on a Sunday evening, only 30 minutes before they closed but they were happy to see him and made sure he got the care he needed. I had my two girls with me too and though they were climbing the walls, everyone was so sweet with them and brought them treats and stickers. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic
Dr. C. Emenari is your best choice for Orthopedic Surgeon. He worked on my difficult knee twice, without complication, allowing me to regain mobility. When you don’t have it, mobility is everything. You can put your trust in Dr. Emenari.
every single appointment i’ve had at this location i’ve had to wait over an hour to even be seen i previously went in with my mother and th dr i saw would only address her not me when I AM THE PATIENT and over the age of 18 this entire establishment needs to get it together and learn how to work as a team as well as severely improve communication and time management
Extraordinarily rude staff. Had an awful experience with a red headed woman Middle Aged woman. Called to discuss with office staff and was hung up on. Will never return, stick to Patient First.
