This Orthopedic Surgeon office really needs an accessible automatic door. They have patients coming in and out with crutches and wheelchairs. They also need a better callback/messaging/reception system. You call in and you’re automatically obligated to leave a callback number. A real person hardly ever picks up. Dr. Ganta and his team saved me life. Dec.2024 I was in a horrible accident and fractured my pelvis, knee and ankle. I was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and required multiple surgeries during the first week. Dr. Ganta and a team of residents lead with empathy explaining what needed to be done, why and what my options were. They were empathetic to pain management and took a very progressive approach, centering patient voice and even allowing me the option of dispensing my medication as needed. Dr Konda & his team are Friendly staff amazing doctors clean office ! Staff is very welcoming super accommodating and polite I feel safe under the care of my doctor he is Very patient and always make me feel brand new I recommend this office to anyone with any joint pain !
