My issue is with the construction golf carts without "plate" driving without respecting the traffic and flipping the finger to regular traffic All happened today at 1:30 pm at 25th Road and the ramp of I95, the young driver was accompanied by an older guy. I will follow with an official complaint as the traffic cameras are on my side. Respect for the traffic and the citizens are part of labor and safety first law
