One of the best experiences we have had buying a vehicle.. Taran was awesome and was in contact constantly the whole process.. they went out of their way to find the exact sorento I wanted and had it brought in. Very organized in the signing process. Overall easiest car buying experiences we have ever had!

Can't say that's much for customer service. Predatory advertising practices + 0 response to inquiry. This is one of many car dealerships that have added me to targeted advertising lists with no prior contact. I do not live in the United States, I haven't been car shopping, and there is no reason for me to be advertised to in such a predatory manner. I contacted the company directly to try to resolve this issue, but they haven't deemed it important enough to respond to me.
went to purchase a second kia this year. drove a Niro and was quoted $3,000 above the price advertised on the website.So much for loyalty! just goes to show one that its all about the dollar and not customer satisfaction or repeat business. ill go to longview or tyler for the next one, just like i did my honda. My experience at Orr Kia was great. My salesman Clem Lott III was the best. I think this is where I'll be coming back to get my daughter a car from.
Orr Kia is great and salesman Jordan is AMAZING! We have purchased 2 vehicles from Orr Kia since March 2018. We are Kia customers for life! Our first Kia was totaled due to a hit and run. Kia went the extra mile and got us in a replacement. They truly care about their customers! If you are looking for a high quality vehicle, go check them out! Be sure to ask for Jordan!
Taran made my car buying experience so simple and easy! I generally dread car shopping and everything that goes along with it, but he made the process pretty painless and actually quite enjoyable! I will definitely continue doing business with this guy!!
