This car dealership is unique, instead of the above and beyond service, attention, willingness to do whatever’s needed to make a sale, they act as if they don’t need to and you are on their time at your inconvenience. Non existent service for a cheap car, and I honestly can’t recommend this dealership due to my experience.

Bob Baker is fantastic! Wasn’t looking to get a new car today - was just in to get an oil change. I knew there was no way they’d be able to meet my tough requirements but they did. Bought my first-ever brand new vehicle. This makes Kia #3 for me. Couldn’t be happier. Shannon in Service is amazing as well.

ORR KIA SHREVEPORT IS THE BEST
We are loving our new car and Perry was a big help. He made our little one feel like it was unwrapping a present under the tree a month before Christmas. He even let him help with the paperwork. I highly recommend him to get the job done easy and quick.
The fiance department is a JOKE, they are NOT there to assist and be HONEST
