I've been going to Dr. Orr for over 20 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and she takes time to explain and answer questions. Both Dr. Orr and her staff are very friendly and helpful!

This office changed hands. Since then, my wife and I have been very disappointed with their services. My pharmacy had called several times on a prescription renewal but never received calls back. My wife had similar issues with regards to calls not being returned. Moreover, my daughter was displeased with the offices' lax approach to some issues she has had. All around, we are on the verge of switching offices.
Dr. Orr and her staff are excellent professionals. I am so glad I have switched my primary care physician to a doctor who truly cares. She is a doctor who will spend time with her patients, look out for their best well being and will not give up if a health issue can't be discovered. I believe the previous reviewer was referring to the previous practice she worked at which was not independently owned by her.
