Mathews Honda is absolutely the best dealership I have ever experienced. To include my being a babyboomer and have dealt with a few in my time! Shopping online, I ordered from the internet, after delivery and time driving I concluded I was not happy and the car just wasn't what I wanted. They allowed for another delivery and the car of my dreams is now parked outside my door. xoxoxo They have a customer for life with me!!
I do not recommend the service department for Matthews Honda of Paris. For whatever reason when it switched from Orr to Matthews the service changed up. I had entrusted years of service with them on my car. In December of 2019 I took my car in for an issue that in 8 months was never resolved. I finally took it elsewhere and the issue was fixed immediately. Toby Clark is rude. I will NEVER take my car there again.
Susan and the Service Dept are a pleasure to work with. All went well with my 2019 CRV warranty repair.
