Orr chevrolet is a fun and friendly atmosphere with an amazing staff.
It was a great experience. I went in with some "recall" issues for which they took care thank goodness free of charge. My power steering went out. The young man that brought to work and came picked me up was so very nice. I really enjoyed talking with him as he drove me back and forth and I appreciated him for that. I want to thank the staff of Orr Chevrolet. Especially Michael in the service department for his kind,calm demeanor during my VERY stressful stay in Texarkana with a broken down older Corvette. He not only helped me get my car fixed (it is running GREAT now) but gave us a loaner for the evening till the part came in. We were back on the road now before Noon just as he promised. � This dealer has the best choices, I got a car for a great price and low mileage. Plus the finance department does a great job. My sales representative wasn't that good at customer service but I'm so glad orr chevrolet have more employees who really knows about customer service. I want to give a huge cheers to Curt Richardson (he didn't sell me the car) for taking care of some issues with the tags. After a couple of months, Finally my tags have arrived. He truly deserves a raise or reward. Anyways im so in love with my car�
