The staff went the extra mile to find my family a new Suburban that fit our needs. Then got us the best deal out there. I have bought 5 Suburban's over the years but this was the first one with Orr. It was the best experience I have had to date.
Arrived before appointment due but got quick and great service. No problems at all.
As much as I like ORR. I have to be honest and say that I wouldnt have purchased my last 2 Vehicles here if it werent for Lee Lybarger. As a single mother its nice to know I can trust him as a salesman!

I live an hour away so I had a problem with the car that I bought from here , went to the dealership told me they were going to fix it.We took it the following week like we were told, and we ended up getting told they could not do anything about. In the end, we got with the customer service manager and he solved our situation for us. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make us happy and we are VERY grateful for it! Cheers to Dell Richardson and Orr Chevrolet!! I was looking for a used Dodge Caravan. I had been to several places here and out of town, trying to find something to fit my budget and my needs. Dell went above and beyond to help me, even offering to have one brought in from out of town. I have bought new and used vehicles before, but I have never had the kind of service that Dell provided me with. He really cares about his customers, and it shows!
