We have chosen not to do business with ORR any longer and will no longer reccomend them to our friends and family. We were told by one of their sales reps that we could have whatever car we wanted based on our credit score. So, we drove to a different Orr location and found a car we wanted. We then drove back to the Russellville location. We were handed a piece of paper that had prices we could pay and terms. We were not aware these prices were still pending approval from the bank.
