Second time visiting.... excellent, nice, and fun staff.
The Orpheum is a great place for entertainment there isnt a bad seat in the place very well kept.
My daughters and I had a fabulous time at The Orpheum yesterday. The Little Mermaid was one of the best productions we have seen! It was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! We can hardly wait for next season to begin, so that we can purchase our tickets for The King and I and Phantom of the Opera!
The show was good, but if you are over 6' tall, the seating is very uncomfortable, rows are way to close together. Also a few staff members were very rude. The first time in my life I have ever seen a facility charge extra for a lid for a cup. I bought a soft drink and wasnt given a lid, and went to sit in my seat. A rude usher came up and told me that I had to have a lid to take a drink inside the theater. I told him they didnt give me one at the concession stand, and he told me thats because you have to pay extra for them.... read more
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Gone with the Wind is a CLASSIC. It's a piece of HISTORY for the film industry. Don't get me wrong, I love the Orpheum. However this decision will be taken into consideration the next time we have a choice between seeing something at The Orpheum or TPAC.

It is just so beautiful! Always perfect mother and daughter date place !!! Even if daughter is now 30. Thank you for many years of great memories
