Mr. ********************** worked with my family member to repair their foundation and the results are absolutely stunning. I recognized the difference right away. And I was told how seamless the process was and how professional they are. I will definitely be giving Orozco Foundation Repair a call when it's time for my upgrades!

Had Orozco Construction, of ******************************** foundation work in May 0f 2022. We called to have them come check the foundation since we were seeing cracks in some of the walls. They came out and did an inspection and said we needed to have a hydrostatic plumbing test done before they would honor the warranty. We were told by ****** they had a plumber they worked with that could do this and if there was a problem they would make the adjustments and the plumber would then make the plumbling repairs. Would not honor lifetime warranty. They cancelled my warranty inspection 2 times in a 4 month period. After numerous phone calls which they never answer, several text message which they never respond to came to do the inspection (Trevor). Was told they would have to add 3 piers and do some adjustments on existing piers, for a total of $1800. Which we were ok with. I Hired this company to complete a foundation job for **..As in construction permits & an inspection should be pulled before any work is performed.I paid a deposit of $1,900 the total job was $3,800 including ******************* report. (Which we still haven't received the inspection report) The foundation job was completed next day, Tech then requested to be paid balance.Which wasn't an issue, I ask Tech to send over invoice, Inspection report, and most importantly the permit. Very Satisfied with our work. From the time the crew arrived to minute they left, the crew was very polite and professional. They explained everything that would be done and after work was the results are AWESOME! We highly recommend this company.

We thought the reviews on this company were great called them for a quote a guy and woman came out to bid job promised some sidewalk removed and repoured as thats what we wanted asked for a drainage system across the back of house 120' to street with a concrete drainage system with grating on it no problem they say good.
