Really really great management and property. Full of amenities and I feel so safe with their on site security 24/7. Management goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. Kimberly and Miranda are some of the kindest and sweetest people. If and when anything comes up, they always go beyond their roles and really take it upon themselves to make sure my family and I are happy!
Cassandra is efficient and proficent at what she does at Oro Properties. Also her great hospitality and genuity is the cherry on top!
Please be careful with this apartment and their company. They will ripped you off. (They also delete negative comments when I was looking at other properties and this one especially did since I remember looking into it for the first time and after that, it got deleted). My experience as well as others touring this place was a scam. It does not have a good sound barrier and the person who manages this company will sabotage other apartments to get you to pay the highest units. I wanted to share my experience when I toured for most of their properties. It showed in the listing of variety low price but my emails and calls went unanswered for a while. But when I toured one of the places, property manager, Miranda, gave me all the false information despite what was on the website- making the payment higher than what it should be. I've had a very concerning experience with this property's management. After reporting ongoing sanitation issues (including dog feces affecting my unit) and serious security concerns involving unsecured vacant units, I was served a "Notice to Perform Covenant" instead of seeing the issues resolved. These safety concerns followed a break-in / physical assault that escalated due to management's failure to secure neighboring vacant units.
