1 Star Living in this PMC-managed building has been a nightmare. The building is old, and tenants have zero control over the heating or cooling systems. When it’s in cold mode, the apartment feels like a freezer, and when it’s in hot mode, it turns into a sauna—right now, it’s 88°F inside, and we’re roasting! While it’s 54°F outside.
