Don't book through zocdoc they falsely advertise availability - then ask you to call to confirm the appointment only to tell you they are booked a month out. Waste of time especially if you're in pain and need immediate assistance.
Not a whole-istic type practice at all. 1. Wait time after your appointment is 1 hr consistently. 2. Knee pain from MVA, they just gave me PT and I already had an xray from hospital, no MRI prescribed. 3. I have to make a separate appt with each doctor for different body parts even if one doctor “does” them all. 4. The office women are nice which is good. 5. Dr Scollan is a VERY Nice & Professional Hand surgeon. He Explained in detail how my finger surgery would be handled. He did an Excellent job. I am NOT happy with the phone system at Orlin & Cohen. It leaves a lot to be desired. Also Dr Scollan 's Assistant did Not return my phone calls which I was NOT pleased about. I have had Many Orthopedic Surgeries and dealt with many Drs & their staff. Dr Scollan is top Notch but the phone system & immediate staff have a lot to be desired.
