My BMW has been with CC since December 6th 2024 on a geico claim. It is March 25th now. The car is still there!!! Every time I call they tell Me it’s ready tomorrow, then they end up ordering more parts… this is beyond aggravating and unprofessional. I feel treated very poorly. I have never been able to reach the manager. My suggestion: take your vehicle somewhere else.

I had my rear end of my car bumped by my neighbor’s Toyota Camry which was backing out of her garage. Though it was a creeping speed, visible scars and scratches were made on my bumper. I went to the dealer (Porsche South Orlando) which recommended me to visit this shop. They were very honest enough to say “let us try something right now.” and two professionals in turn cleaned with soft clothes. After about fifteen minutes, visible scratches were all gone.
