I am currently staying here and I am a Marriott rewards member have stayed at many Marriott hotels. I have preferences set, did not receive any of them this stay. Not even the extra pillow I asked for. I have spent over $600.00, could not get a room near the elevator, no pool view, put me near all the loud music. Now I asked for the Marriott rewards late check out and they said NO. What is the point of being a rewards member, having their credit card ect when they do nothing extra for you. I have stayed in many hotels and resorts all over the world. this is by far, the worst customer service I've ever had. I have two more nights to endure. if it wouldn't break my daughter's heart, I would leave. I brought her here for playlist live. I will never be back and I will share my experience with everyone who will listen! train your staff!!
I recommend this whole Hotel! great staff, luxurious and spacious rooms! Beautiful landscaping, many amenities! Can't wait to come back and stay here again! best hotel by far! A++++

Super nice accommodations and access to good food
PSA for parents the doors in the room we are not wide enough for the city mini double stroller. I had to unload the sleeping kids in the hallway. Minor inconvenience but would have been helpful to know beforehand. Clean great hotel!
