Made a reservation 6 months ago for a prepaid room and found out the location of my conference had changed. Notified management (Jason, the manager) 2 weeks ahead of time and asked to be refunded and the answer was no! Not a good way to handle business travelers!! And the "discounted rate" was $210 per night for a standard room at this small suburb hotel! Crazy!!
The staff were very rude, inattentive, and condescending. I would not recommend this Westin to anyone.
