I was trying to get 3 estimates. One company never showed for the estimate . Orlando was $100 less that the other estimate. He was available to do the work in two days, on time, and did precisely what I wanted.

Orlando is approachable & willing to work with Customer.They've only been here twice,hence the low rating,but with working together,I'm sure he'll work out real well as afore mentioned he's not above reproach or you stating what you need done.
Orlando was very prompt. He came to the house to see the project within hours of getting the request and provided a very reasonable quote. The work was done the next day exactly as requested. This was a perfect job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
