Bought a 2014 brand new car Kia Optima 22 miles on it when I was handed the keys. Now 4,000 miles later the car completely shuts down on me and has absolutely no coolant in it. Kia service department is closed on Sundays of course and so I had to wait till the next day to have vehicle seen. Next morning vehicle over heats again. Call for service they can schedule an appointment, no loaner vehicle is provided, I have to pay for a rental nor do they have a courtesy shuttle service for the inconvenience.
