Can't say enough about our service advisor Andres..💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾 My wife recently experienced a no start and had to receive a jump start. Although the service schedule was extremely booked, Andres worked us in, ran a check on the system and determined it to be a battery with low cranking lamps. He wanted to ensure she wasn't left stranded with a bad battery. Thanks again to our service advisor, and Orlando Infiniti for providing excellent service. 💪🏾👍🏾
I had the great fortune to have Jen as my service personal. Jen was professional and down to earth was able to communicate to me in a very efficient way of what was going on at the same time showing me my options. I really appreciate Orlando Infinity of having such a wonderful and intelligent individual working for them. Thank You Orlando Infinity.
My experience with this service team has been 5 star so far. A recent example is the battery on my car died at 4 pm. I had the car at dealership by 5 pm. By 6 pm they had my car ready with a new battery and it was under warranty. I thought for sure I was going to have to drop off the car get an uber home and then an uber back. To show up at 4 pm without an appointment and have a battery replaced and be home by 630 pm was beyond any intial expectation I had. I would buy an Infiniti just for the service department experience. ... read more
